At Heir, we wanted to create a whole new experience in luxury jewelry buying for you, our customer. We have brought the jewelry store into your home, free from the high-pressure sales and rushed decisions.

How it works

Once you have selected the ring or rings that you just can’t live without, you will be asked to select your ring size. If you don’t know your ring size, there is no need to worry. We have posted tutorials to help you accurately find your size.

What if the ring doesn’t fit?

Simply return the ring that doesn’t fit. Free of charge with the alternate sizing request and we will happily send you the new size.

What if I change my mind?

Purchasing an heirloom quality piece of jewelry should fill you with happiness! If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will except all returns (with no visible wear) within 30 days of purchase. You can choose to receive a full refund or credit towards another purchase.
